Most grammar tools optimize for one flavor of technically correct prose. That is how a memo starts sounding like a terms-of-service update. Bearly treats correctness, clarity, and style as separate questions.

You get reviewable suggestions rather than a silent rewrite: the original language, the proposed change, the reason, and a clean version when you are ready. From there, the same conversation can tighten the argument, change the tone, or turn the piece into something else entirely.

Agreement

“The research team has reviewed…” — team is treated as a singular collective noun here.

Punctuation

Replace the comma before “however” with a semicolon, or begin a new sentence.

Spelling

“They're going to meet…” — use the contraction for “they are.”

Clean copy

The research team has reviewed the results; however, it hasn't reached a conclusion yet. They're going to meet again on Friday.
